My purchased item is faulty, what can I do?


If you have a faulty item please inform us within 2 days of receiving the items. Please send us an email to with pictures of faulty items and we will be happy to refund or exchange the items for you.  Refund will be issued once the items have been inspected, upon inspection if the item is not faulty we reserve the right to not issue refund.
